The Background:
21 Solent Circuit known as Norwest Quay is located in Norwest Business Park, a major suburban office estate located northwest of the Sydney CBD. A portion of this 10,800sqm, 4 level office building recently became available for lease. Owners Altis Property Partners tasked Wright Creative with producing a quality marketing brochure to communicate to prospective tenants the property's significant benefits.

Our Approach
:
We began with a focused Creative Brief and used this for our Copywriting strategy. Once all stakeholders had agreed to the proposed content, we implemented the design which incorporated the existing branding elements. The document was supplied as PDF allowing our clients and the agents flexible distribution options.
Overall, our approach provided a speedy turnaround for our clients, with excellent cost efficiencies across this document's design and production process.

The Property:
"San Clinic Parkway" is a development of medical consulting suites being newly created as part of a major redevelopment of the largest single-campus private hospital in NSW: The San, located in Sydney's leafy suburb of Wahroonga. Wright Creative is assisting the agents in an ongoing sale promotion campaign, focused on prospective medical consulting/surgical specialist practices.

The Task:
Wright Creative consulted with the agents and owners to devise a phased marketing strategy that will engage with key stakeholders in specialist medical/surgical practices. The marketing collateral consists of a below the line strategy, utilising direct mail (brochures), local press advertising and street frontage marketing signage. This is an ongoing project with future digital component scheduled in upcoming phases (including planned electronic direct mail, dedicated website and digital advertising).

The Property:
8 Herbert Street is a high profile high-tech office and production development located within the heart of St Leonards’ dynamic business, IT and medical technology hub, immediately north of Sydney’s CBD.

The Task:
Wright Creative consulted with the agents and owners to devise a branding strategy and a brochure to be used for the "sale marketing" of the property with specific, phased and measurable campaign objectives. Within 1 month of campaign launch the property was successfully sold for $38.5 Million to The Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust.

Subsequently stage 2 of the campaign is underway, a 'for lease' marketing campaign to lease the remainder of the vacant space, approx. 20% of the total area at 1,875sqm of new high-tech or medical related accommodation.

The Owners: The Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust (HPT) one of the largest and highest-rated unlisted property funds in Australia.

An updated marketing campaign for April 2104, JLL approached Wright for a fresh look at our 2010 marketing campaign for this property, which had become outdated due to changes in the marketplace. A notable asset of Tackelly Pty Ltd's investments, Citadel Towers is a landmark on the Sydney skyline, consisting of
two buildings of A-grade offices at approx 35,000sqm in total, and typical floor plates of approx. 1,150 sqm.

This new refreshed project provides the leasing agents with a means to communicate to prospective tenants the many considerable benefits and stunning views offered in this high rise commercial office, as well as the staff amenities which a Chatswood location has to offer.

Wright Creative's skills were employed to devise a series of marketing tools which included a responsive design website, photo galleries and e-brochure and onsite marketing signage at Pacific Highway, Chatswood.

We are proud to announce the results of the project marketing campaign for GPT Group's $60 Million 5 Murray Rose development. Lion Group in April 2012 leased the entire 12,000 sq.m. To achieve this result within 7 months of campaign launch is a highly effective outcome for our client.

This project is owned and developed by The GPT Group. An Australian design 'first': 6 star Green star eco-rating in a commercial office of this kind, and at this unprecedented scale in the state of NSW.


Wright Creative's role in the project involves a wide variety of specialised marketing solutions, from branding, to developing a website with a video 3D virtual tour, to outdoor signage, direct mail promotions and more. The brief called for a complete identity for this new ground-breaking development, an animated website to showcase its features and benefits, as well as an animated video virtual tour video presentation and web site banner advertising.

Taking into account our valuable insight to the Sydney Olympic Park market, Wright Creative was commissioned to produce a fully integrated digital and print campaign.

Our expertise provided Watpac with a highly effective range of marketing collateral which assisted in the leasing and subsequently the sale of this asset.

AMP Capital Investors has approached Wright Creative to devise a cost-effective approach to provide marketing collateral for several industrial properties throughout Sydney. Our solution has been to design and produce flexible modular layouts, enabling us to provide massive time-savings which in turn translates into reduced cost and reduced start-up-time per project.

These efficiencies through a systemised design approach also means consistency in branding, creating a strong identity for our client AMP Capital, as it grows its industrial portfolio.

The featured project here is an industrial facility of approximately 9,356sqm located at 2 Glendenning Road, off Sydney's
western bypass.

Wright Creative was tasked by St Hilliers to create a video presentation virtual tour of 88 Talavera Road as part of a 'second stage' of the marketing campaign for use by the agents Colliers.

The aim was to position the estate for a sale to a developer (ultimately Mirvac puyrchsed the site and redeveloped it as apartments).

The video communicates and illustrates the potential of this 'island site' (i.e. great clear space and natural light on all sides of the property), utilising high camera angles and strong visuals.

Wright Creative was appointed to produce a range of visual solutions for The GPT Group’s industrial project, Connect@Erskine Park.

We were involved in the entire
process from the project naming, through to consulting on marketing materials, graphic design, branding, perspectives, print brochures, print management and marketing signage. The target audience is freight companies which led us to create a genuine freight and dispatch ‘look’; this included a customised cardboard presentation box, hand stamps, mock barcode and ‘urgent’ stickers on the presentation packaging.

Highly specialised recycled papers were chosen to highlight the environmentally sustainable
development (ESD) for this project: inner pages printed on paper sourced from 70% recycled sugar-cane, and covers
were printed on paper made with a certification of being made with 100% wind energy.
The quality and finish of this brochure is such that is has been recognised with an international design and print award, by
Sappi Trading global.

Pran Central Shopping Centre, Chapel Street, Melbourne

Our work on Metro Chatswood so impressed our client the Precision Group, that we were appointed to work on the website of their latest acquisition in Melbourne, historic landmark Pran Central shopping centre. Chapel Street being well known for its high fashion shopping, the building is a perfect backdrop for the home page of the website. The website was created with a high level of interactive animation yet is simple to navigate – no gimmicks and just enough detail.

One of the website's design features is the way in which the images come into view: heritage-style black and white, then fading to full colour – suggesting how fashion has evolved over the years, yet Pran still remains classically ‘in style’.

The owners of this large, older style office building, the Commonwealth Bank were relocating to Sydney Olympic Park, consolidating several different offices to their new 48,500sqm campus. The client's agents GJS Property briefed Wright Creative to deliver an innovative and original concept for the marketing campaign of this office building.

We created a range of marketing tools for the agents that sell the main features and benefits of the building and the key offerings to the new tenant. We came up with a "BIG" tagline that underpins the marketing campaign and main benefit.

ING Real Estate turned to Wright Creative for a fresh strategic design approach to marketing this property, City Views Business Park, located in North Ryde.

Our campaign ‘enjoy more exposure’, highlights the key benefits of the location – signage exposure to passing traffic, because the property is located at the intersection of two of Sydney's busiest arterials: Epping and Lane Cove Roads. The marketing concept and visual branding theme lends a fresh and recognisable look to the marketing tools. Marketing elements include direct mail, customised proposals, aerial photos with directional and traffic flow map overlays, e-brochure/Information Memorandum as well as a website landing page and a 16 metre wide one-way mesh signage, adhered to the building's most visible facade facing busy Epping Road.

When The GPT Group's agents GJS Property approached Wright Creative to put together a proposal for Premier Media Group HQ, Wright responded with a complete information memorandum:
created, printed and delivered within 3 working days! Ain response which included professional on site photo shoot, customised 'artist impression' images, image retouching, maps etc, design and layout, aerial views, copywriting and high quality, vibrant digital printing at A3 size. Throughout the proposal the images show mock-ups of how FOX Sports' signage could look on the building and proposed FOX livery in the lobby area to aid the agents in communicating all the benefits of this property.
