Customville was created as part of a very successful staff incentive campaign.

It's a flash game. Customville is a place where new cars drop from the sky and in order to stay in the game you must move fast! To achieve 'a high score' (1 billion) by combining the efforts of Australia, New Zealand and England). But hurry! Be part of the team which reaches $1 billion in sales - that's the staff incentive target! Rev those engines and off you go!

The "heart rate Fleet health check" idea was a play on the Custom Fleet logo (serrated edges of the key) which when rotated on its edge resembles a heart rate monitor display.
