Since mid-1900’s Steve Wright’s grandfather as a journalist, photographer and Chief Sub-editor of a South African national daily the ‘Rand Daily Mail’ (a controversial anti-apartheid newspaper) played a major role in defining a family tradition of visual communications.
In 1960’s, Steve’s father founded a printing and publishing company, employing illustrators, graphic artists and printers. His sister too became a renowned artist whose works hang in collections and galleries across the world.
Witnessing such professionals at work inspired Steve and launched his career path, sparking a lasting passion for design, print and visual crafts.
