1. BACKGROUND TO YOUR BUSINESS

1.1 Describe the type of business you have i.e. what type of products, or services, your organisation provides:
 
1.2. What makes your business or service unique? What is your UNIQUE SELLING POINT (USP) that sets it apart from those of your competitors? Are there any reasons why a customer should choose your product or service instead of another company's? Provide full details.

(I.e. This is essential if you want to be online - we provide for very reasonable cost, full service virtual hosting. Allocated space on our web servers to enable your website to be 'connected' to the internet. Cost is from $33 + GST per month, paid annually)

   
3.4. Do you require a customised content management system (CMS)?
(I.e. CMS costs more to create than a standalone site would, but CMS gives you the ability to independently make changes to your site (without the assistance of a web designer). Typically a CMS is a considerable once-off cost, paid upfront to setup and customise the system for your website; thereafter the CMS is yours as part of your website. It DOES require training at an extra cost, and is not a necessity for everyone.

 

4. TARGET AUDIENCE

Tell us something about your prospective customers? (Demographics such as location, age profile, gender, any specifics, etc). Without this information you cannot expect to create an effective communication piece as the creative is strategically designed around a typical customer, talking to them in a way that engages with what matters to THEM). Please give details about who they might be, and if you are unsure say so: we will need to talk about defining this more clearly before starting the creative process.
